Amy Callaghan Joins the Stradia Team

We are delighted to welcome Amy Callaghan to our Stradia team.

Amy is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex, high-value construction projects across Mechanical & Electrical, Passive Fire Protection, BMS, SCADA, PMS, and ENMS disciplines. She has extensive expertise in pre-contract negotiations, post-contract administration, commercial management, subcontract procurement and administration, tendering, cost value reconciliation, forecasting, variation management, payment applications, accrual reporting, and contractual risk management.

Amy has a proven track record of successfully managing projects to achieve programme, commercial, quality, and operational objectives within demanding construction environments. She is highly skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, overseeing procurement activities, and driving projects through all phases of delivery while maintaining strong commercial control and programme performance.
