JCT Design & Build Contract 2016 – Practical Training
Just a quick note to say how pleased we were with the way you delivered the training yesterday – many thanks for coming all the way to Cornwall to see us.
Fantastic course – really pleased it worked so well and great to have the course in-house, which made it more relevant as we were able to discuss and relate it to our own issues.
Risk Management
I would like to thank you again for delivering the Risk Management workshop on Tuesday. I always imagined risk to be an area which requires a large team of analysts working around the clock pulling out their hair, but your workshop has broken down that daunting thought and showed it can be implemented easily into projects.
It was a very beneficial session and has provided me with a comprehensive insight into tackling risk. Your workshop was well structured, practical and informative, enabling me to absorb the information and apply it to the dummy project.
NEC3 Training
Nigel was excellent, by far the best trainer I’ve experienced! Well paced and very understanding.
Partnering Conference, Copenhagen
Nigel, thank you so much for your performance last week. You did a great job, and several people specifically noted your part as the highlight of the conference.
I would very much enjoy to learn even more on the topic.
NEC Option 3 Update
Really great, relevant and informative. Scored 10 as I can’t see how you could have improved it.
NEC3
Nigel’s obvious knowledge of NEC was highly evident to the course attendees today!
For what can be a very complex thing to inform / teach, especially to non-commercial and contract personnel, can I say the material was laid out in an excellent manner and presented flawlessly.
Congratulations for developing an exceptional tutoring presentation for such a relatively short duration! Very, very impressed!
NEC3
Just wanted to drop you a note of thanks, for the course on NEC3 you navigated us through yesterday. I found it very helpful and set out in a systematic manner, which was captivating and easy to digest. It was also encouraging to observe our PCAs (Project Controls Apprentice) and others across the spectrum of roles really engage with the subject matter. I fully believe that educating the workforce right down to site level, on our contractual obligations, is often the difference between success and failure. Unfortunately, it is often overlooked by an eagerness to ‘get the job done’. Hopefully with the courses being run this week we will go some way to having it filter down and understood for implementation.
